We have been working with Techworks for almost 10 years now. They have always been a pleasure to work with.

They truly focus on a long lasting relationship opposed to just selling us a product or service. Recently we had an issue with one of the software programs we use. Eric from Techworks tried to remedy it on his own but unfortunately it was a software issue so we got on the phone with the software company. After about 2 hours the software company was telling us that we would have to do some sort of reset that would take 3 to 5 business days to get fixed. Which would stop us from doing business, Eric's respone to that was " no, that is not going to work" within 10 minutes Eric came up with a work around to fix the problem and get us back up and running within 1 hour.

The part I love the most about Eric's response was that I was thinking the exact thing he said, but for Eric it wasn't directly impacting his company, it was impacting his client and that mattered to him. This is why we love working with techworks and will reccomend them always
